The product must be in excellent condition, unused, the packaging must be intact and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by our store. If the return is not made within the above period or does not meet any of the requirements, eshop.embed.gr may not accept any return and replacement.
If the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product(s). or receive cash back if the purchase was made in cash. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the transaction will be cancelled and the credit card will be updated accordingly.

Process & Ways of Return
First you pack the product/items in the box in which you received your order. Inside the package you place a document in which you inform us of the way you wish to resolve the outstanding financial issue, if the product is deemed suitable for return, or the new product you want us to send you, in case of a change, and finally you send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order.

In case of repeated returns or in case eshop.embed.gr, in its sole discretion, considers that the customer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, reserves the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
In case the product violates the terms of returns and is deemed unsuitable for return, then it will be returned to the customer. The transport costs will be borne by him/her.
